for users at American University of the Middle East. This application was built by American

your basic user information, including your name, major, courses, grades, email address and
schedules. This information is provided directly by your university system, and we do not store it
within the app. Collecting personal data only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and
not exploiting it beyond these purposes.
Information We Do Not Collect
Device Information: We do not collect any information about your device, such as its
model, operating system version, or language settings.
Financial Data: We do not collect any sensitive information such as your financial aid
statements or payment information.
Location Data: We do not track your location or collect any location-based data.

We use your user information solely to display it within the app, allowing you to easily
access your grades, schedules, course details, and related university matters.
Calendar and Reminder Access (Optional):
If you choose to enable specific features within the app, such as adding events to your
calendar or setting reminders, we may access your device's calendar or reminder app
with your explicit permission. This permission is optional and can be revoked at any time
within your device's settings. We do not collect or store any information from your
calendar or reminders.
We retain your personal data for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in

permission for calendar or reminder access, we handle that data securely and do not store any
information from those apps.

We do not retain any of your user information within the app. Information is displayed directly
from your university system and refreshed when you log in.
